■Registration Fees
You can register only online. Please note that there will be no payment counter for the registration fee at the venue.
On the day of the meeting, please bring your own name tag （color recommended, A4 size） printed from the service counter.
The name tag（certificate of attendance）also serves as a certificate of attendance for the renewal of medical specialists and certified physicians, etc.
Please keep it in a safe place during and after the meeting. In principle, name tags（certificate of attendance）cannot be reissued.
English and Japanese.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided for sessions marked with a headphone symbol.
＊The sessions marked J will be conducted in Japanese, and the ones marked E will be conducted in English.

Those who have made reservations should pick up their lunch box at the lunch box exchange area and submit the admission ticket distributed with lunch box at the session room.

Please bring your CVIT membership card with you to register for CVIT2023, the meeting required for renewal of certification as a board-certified physician, specialist, or emeritus specialist, using a bar code. If you do not bring your membership card, you will not be able to register for participation credits at the venue, therefore please keep your name tag（certificate of attendance）until renewal time.

・Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the venue.
・Please turn all cellular phones and beepers off or on silent mode during the sessions.
・Taking pictures, recording videos, and using voice recorders are not allowed during any part of the sessions.
・Except for the designated eating areas （Luncheon and Coffee-Break Seminars）, eating is prohibited in all meeting rooms.
